Devenyn & Partners consist of a tight-knit network of independent senior management consultants. That’s all.

What does integrity mean to you? To us it means keeping our promises, being honest with our clients and providing complete transparency regarding our working methods: what we expect to achieve and how we intend to go about it. Do you know what it means to incentivise staff by pre-preparing from the get-go in order to gather low hanging fruit so we can touch base offline? That’s OK - neither do we, and we don’t want to know either. At Devenyn & Partners, we try to avoid using vague middle management speak: we’d rather cut to the chase and tell you specifically what we’re going to do to help your company.

We take our work very seriously, but that doesn’t mean we take ourselves seriously. We love what we do, and we’d like to think we’re very good at it. We’re not so consumed by our work as to be incapable of switching off when the job’s complete however. Life is for living after all. We work tirelessly at our jobs; that way, when our leisure time arrives, we can enjoy it all the more because we know we’ve earned the right to relax.
